What is the difference between the Past You and the Current You?
What about the Current You vs the Future You?
What are you hoping for?
What are you aiming at?
Do you have a strategic, well-organized plan?
Are you moving forward by spurts?
In a Composition Notebook or any blank journal, write about all of this. Be clear, and as descriptive as you can. If you want to, finish with a poem or by doodling.
Dn't be afraid to make a mess on the page, just let it show your heart.
